Our policies are designed to ensure that all our guests experience a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with us.
Booking and payment Information
To schedule services, call 212-647-8919. A credit card is needed at the time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express, Discover, Cash, Spa Finder/Wish Gift Certificates and White Tea Spa Gift Cards. We do not accept personal checks.
A gratuity is not included in the cost of your service, but it always appreciated for a job well done. Industry standard is 15-20%. However, the amount you leave is completely at your discretion. We do not accept credit card tips.
Arrival and Lateness
We recommend that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled service, allowing you to fill out necessary paperwork and to enjoy a cup of tea at our Tea Bar. If circumstances cause you to arrive late to your appointment, your service will still end at the scheduled time so as not to delay our next guest.
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notification of cancellation; failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled treatment.
Services and Series are exchangeable but not refundable
When you purchase a series of treatments, you will receive a discounted price. If you find yourself unable to complete the course of treatments you originally selected, White Tea Med Spa will honor the outstanding amount in the form of a client account credit exchangeable for other services. No refunds will be given.
We are sorry; skin care products are not refundable or exchangeable.
The spa environment is meant to separate you and the other guests from the outside world. We respectfully request that mobile phones be turned off when you enter the spa to maintain this tranquil and harmonious atmosphere.
We employ therapists that are New York State licensed and/or Certified in all treatments performed at the Spa.
